**About the business**
Executive Personal Concierge Pty Ltd is a Personal Concierge company providing services to our clients around Melbourne. We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for our growing business.
**About the role**
Qualified applicants will possess excellent people skills as well as the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
This position will be a Casual role.
**The areas of responsibility for this role would include**:
- Maintain and improve administrative procedures and systems.
- Light cleaning and organising in the office areas
- Organising quotes, jobs and permits for projects as required
- Organise meetings, events, and functions as required.
- Process work orders and supply orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all administrative records and databases are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Attend to clients, visitors, couriers, and trades people, providing a professional and welcoming service.
- Comply with safe work practices and participate in workplace consultation activities.
**Key skills and experience**:
- To be considered for this position it would be preferred for applicants to have experience and proficiency using Microsoft office software and a general knowledge of basic office admin skills.
- Have a friendly and enthusiastic nature, with a professional customer service approach that will be portrayed to our very important clients and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
- Basic financial literacy and numeracy skills
- Empathy and patience when dealing with older clients
- Having previous experience with accounts payable, receivable and payroll would be an advantage.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience working with older people (desirable)
- Current driver's license and own vehicle (may be required)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (or ability to obtain)
