Personal Care Worker – Casual

$35–$45/hr + super (depending on experience)

Camberwell & surrounding Melbourne suburbs

Executive Personal Concierge (EPC) has supported Melbourne families and older adults for over 10 years. We provide personalised care that enables clients to live independently and with dignity.

We're seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our Senior Concierge team on a casual basis. Shifts include weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver respectful, person-centred care in clients' homes
  • Assist with daily living, mobility, and medication administration
  • Provide social companionship and transport to appointments
  • Support with light household tasks and meal preparation

You'll bring:

  • Minimum 1 year in aged care, disability or similar support (essential)
  • Cert III Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing (preferred)
  • Valid Police or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full driver's licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance (essential)
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling and Medication Administration certificates
  • 4 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine
  • Confidence with MS Office, email and app-based rostering
