**About the Role**

We’re looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented **Personal Concierge & Admin Professional** to join our vibrant team. This unique role combines client-facing concierge work with office-based admin duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Personal Concierge Duties**:

- Assist clients with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, running errands, appointment bookings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate home services, tradespeople, and deliveries
- Provide light household organisation or oversight as needed
- Offer companionship and lifestyle support, particularly for senior clients
- Support clients with transport to appointments or outings (where applicable)

**Administrative Duties**:

- Assist with rostering and service coordination via our systems and apps
- Handle client inquiries professionally, both over the phone and in person
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records

**Who We’re Looking For**:
A proactive, flexible, and reliable self-starter
Proven admin experience (essential)
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
Full Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (must-have)
Personal care qualifications (e.g. Aged Care or Individual Support Cert III) and experience are **highly regarded**
Current Police Check or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
COVID-19 vaccination as required for client visits
First Aid and CPR (desirable)
