We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Services & Marketing Officer to join our team in Campbelltown, NSW.
**Position Overview**:
As an Administrations Officer at Bridges Alliance, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, contributing to our success in many ways. Your role involves managing administrative functions, liaising with external stakeholders, supporting client intake. It's an engaging and diverse role within a rewarding industry supporting our staff and clients who work and are supported under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office & Administration Expertise**: Keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, data entry, and supporting various administrative functions including office upkeep and being responsible for intakes and referrals.
- **First Point of Contact**: Sit at our welcoming reception desk, where you'll be the friendly face and voice greeting visitors and staff, ensuring a pleasant and engaging atmosphere.
- **Client & Staff Support**: Assist with client referrals, new hire procedures, and staff support, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- **Strong and Effective Communication**: Liaise with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
- **Updating and Monitoring BA’s Social Media**:Oversea and keep Bridges Alliance’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) up to date, check messages, reviews and comments and report back to CEO and Marketing manager on campaigns and stories and posts.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Administrative Experience**: Demonstrated at least 2 years of experience in administration, or in similar business or industry, or as an assistant.
- **Demonstrated effective time management & problem-solving skills**: The ability to effectively work within a Team, manage/handle changes in the work environment, workflow, and operational requirements alongside task prioritisation analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **NDIS Knowledge**: An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and how to handle new intakes and referrals to the company.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including relationship building.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Demonstrated computer literacy skills, including the Microsoft suite of products and the ability to produce a range of reports and documents relevant to the position.
- **Organised**: Proven experience in record keeping, reporting, and data management, with a focus on confidentiality.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Project Assistance**: Skills to assist with various projects.
**Work with Us**:
This role is based in our Campbelltown office, offering a stimulating work environment. The position comes with a standard working week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:06 PM (38 hours per week).
