**About us**

**Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join their team located in Campbelltown.**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Administrative Coordinator will act as the point of contact for all employees providing administrative support and managing queries
- Assist in customer bookings and enquiries
- Assist in checking and processing of drivers run sheets
- Monitoring and maintaining of GPS tracking system
- Organizing repair of assets such as computers and office equipment
- Managing files and storage of documents
- Perform work with safety being a priority in all aspects of your duties. Ensuring the health and safety program is followed
- Assist with implementation of NSW Food Safety requirements and company quality standards
- Maintaining customer details in the company database
- General housekeeping duties as required

- Day shift (08:30am - 16:30pm)

- High-level administrative skills and previous experience in word processing, spread sheeting, data entry, including vehicle dockets, movements and job details
- Customer service skills, including experience in the documentation and following up on un-actioned requests
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders
- Committed and accountable 'can do' attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Reliable,punctual and trustworthy
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience using Translogix is preferred
- Current open C class Australian drivers licence required
