Campbelltown, Australia DAT Autogroup Full time

**Client Liaison / Administration Officer - Be the Heart of Our Office**

We’re currently looking for a friendly, customer-focused **Client Liaison / Administration Officer** to join our team in a varied, hands-on role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and values a stable, consistent workload in a supportive environment.

This position is not overly fast-paced or high pressure — but it does require someone proactive, well-organised, and willing to assist wherever needed. You will be assisting with administration and light coordination.

This is a well-rounded role with a bit of variety (without the chaos).

**About The Company**:
DAT Autogroup is a leading automotive logistics and services company with over 20 years of experience, offering end-to-end solutions across Vehicle Transport, Dealer Vehicle Storage, Vehicle Processing, Fleet Services, and Motor Dealership Operations. With locations across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, we support a diverse range of clients — from major OEMs and fleet operators to local dealerships and private customers — delivering flexible, reliable, and customer-focused services across the automotive sector.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Answering inbound calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Supporting quoting, booking, and data entry tasks
- Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing general admin support and reception coverage when needed
- Assisting with tidying the office and other general tasks
- Occasionally driving company vehicles, shuttling staff, or dealing with RMS tasks (e.g. registrations, inspections)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- A warm, approachable personality and positive attitude
- Data entry and basic admin confidence (training provided)
- Organised, reliable, and team-focused
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
- Someone flexible and happy to jump in and help out wherever needed

**Why Join Us?**
- Stable workload and consistent hours
- Full training provided - no transport industry experience required
- Friendly, supportive team environment
- Employee recognition program, referral rewards, and partner discounts
- Be part of a company where your contribution matters and your efforts are noticed

If you’re looking for a role where your efforts are noticed and appreciated, and where you can grow with the business, **we’d love to hear from you**.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week

**Benefits**:

- Employee discount
- Maternity leave
- Professional development assistance
- Referral program
