
Administration/customer Service Officer

Assist Rostering Officer with daily rostering of services
- Managing and downloading of electronic requests
- Assist Recruitment Officer with ongoing recruitment of Care workers
- Following up on all documentation for care workers and phone screening.
- Setting up electronic and hard copy master files for Care workers and onboarding
- Setting up Care workers in Quick books master files
- Updating invoicing folder and assist with processing invoices
- Assist Compliance Officer on compliance with companies policies and procedures
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Data entry and systems update for Shift care
- Answering all phone calls and customer service requests
- Attend to all office administration tasks as directed by Manager
**Skills and experience**
Skills and experience / More about you:
- Minimum tertiary qualifications in Management and/or Office Administration.
- Must have previous experience in an Administration role. Experience in aged care/disability/mental health is desirable
- High level of computer literacy, with a sound understanding of Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, client data management systems
- Problem solve on short notice under time restraints
- Possess a 'can-do' positive attitude and work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail while keeping calm and focused
- Be available to work between the hours of 8am - 5pm weekdays (Part-time role Tuesday to Thursday)
- Excellent customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of home care services and guidelines will be preferred
- Self-motivated and organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Be passionate and dedicated to excellent customer support services
- A current NSW driver’s license, vehicle and safe driving record.
- Have a current National Police Check and NSW working with children check
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Campbelltown NSW 2560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
