As a
**Process Improvement Lead**, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change and optimizing internal processes to better meet customer needs and journeys.

**_In this role, you will:_**
- Lead multiple projects aimed at improving critical service delivery processes, impacting both internal and external stakeholders across the organization
- Implement sustainable outcomes that support a commitment to continuous improvement enterprise-wide
- Use a blend of design and service improvement methodologies such as Service Design, UX Design, Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Mining to achieve optimal results
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to workshop solutions and create a roadmap for success

We're looking for someone who is passionate about continuous improvement, has a background in Lean, Six Sigma, or a similar methodology, and is skilled in leading workshops and engaging stakeholders. Experience with ProMapp would also be highly advantageous.
