Business Process Improvement Specialist required for this leading Property Development Company.

As Business Process Improvement Specialist you will support the development of a business process management system through business process redesign. Working with operational stakeholders across the business including Property Development Managers as well as Business Support functions such as Finance and IT, you will assess current ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement via workshops, process mapping and engaging stakeholders.

You must have experirenec of delivering Business Process Improvement within a complex business, while exposure to the Property Development industry would be advantageous. You must have excellent communication and influencing skills and be able to gain buy-in from stakeholders in order to understand operational processes. This role will require occasional interstate travel, on average once a month.
