**Process Improvement Analyst**, you'll be at the forefront of driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service experiences.
**_In this role, you'll have the chance to:_**
- Lead the charge in driving positive change and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Improve the experiences of both customers and employees by delivering sustainable outcomes.
- Work on various projects, big and small, using a blended toolkit that incorporates design and service improvement techniques such as UX design, Lean, Six Sigma, and more.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and advocate for the value of Service Improvement methods, tools, and mindset.
- Be a part of a collaborative, energetic team that values growth and teamwork.
**_About you?_**
- Have a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Be a team player with a growth mindset and a love for collaboration.
- Have a background in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/Adaptive Ways of Working, or Systems Thinking (desired).
These are 12-month fixed-term contracts based in Melbourne CBD, with a hybrid work arrangement.
