About the role

Process Plant Network is looking for an experienced Grade A Electrician to join our team in Dandenong South, VIC. This full-time role will see you working within our dynamic packaging and processing plant, providing critical electrical maintenance and installation services to support our business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine and preventative electrical maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment and systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults and malfunctions
  • Implementing electrical installations and upgrades to support production requirements
  • Ensuring all electrical work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on all electrical work undertaken
  • Collaborating with other maintenance teams to coordinate projects and minimise disruptions

What we're looking for

  • Holds a current Grade A Electrician license with several years' experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical theory, systems and equipment, and the ability to work on a diverse range of electrical infrastructure
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and fault-finding
  • High level of safety awareness and commitment to working within strict safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Grade A Electrician in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Current Construction White Card, Forklift license, and First Aid certification are desired but not mandatory.
  • Current full Australian driver's licence
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with unrestricted working rights
  • Completed electrical apprenticeship with relevant trade certificate (Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent)
