**Process Improvement Manager**, you will help spearhead a movement towards continuous improvement and drive positive change across the organization. Make a lasting impact by being a catalyst for delivering exceptional service and shaping the future of our client's digital design and service experience.

You will oversee small
- and large-scale projects to improve customer and employee experiences across people, processes, and technology. Leading a team of six Process Improvement professionals, you will also provide leadership, direction, and coaching to service improvement practitioners across the team and the greater organisation.

We are looking for someone who loves solving problems, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative and energetic work environment.

In this role, you will:

- Possess the gravitas to motivate and influence senior stakeholder relationships across a complex organization while advocating for the value of Process Improvement methods, tools, and mindset to address complex problems and opportunities.
- Develop and shape Process Improvement demand and resourcing strategies, facilitating and engaging external suppliers.
- Have extensive experience and broad knowledge of Service, Process, and Business improvement, with a true passion for human-centred design and continuous improvement.
- Be aware, ready, and willing to work using a blended toolkit incorporating both Design (Service Design, UX design) and Service Improvement (including Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Mining) as appropriate to achieve the optimal outcome.
- Demonstrate an ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile environment, with a track record of inspiring and developing.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Melbourne CBD, with a hybrid work arrangement.
