Welcome to Ngaanyatjarra Lands, a vibrant tapestry of culture and community nestled within the vast beauty of the Australian desert.

We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Adviser to join our Perth office to support our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to align with company goals.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases in an accurate and confidential manner.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and mediation when necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics for the management team.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

**Key Skills we are looking**
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role (2-5 years preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
