**Human Resources Advisor**

It's a 12-month contract that has every possibility of converting to permanency.and it's with a Tier 1 mining company

Reporting to the HR Team Lead and part of a large HR Advisory team, you will be joining a collaborative team where you'll be providing day to day operational HR advice and support to the leaders and employees. It's an exciting opportunity gain exposure to the mining industry, learn from inspiring leaders and develop their HR career.

**What you'll be doing;**
- Advising and coaching on employee relations matters
- Implementing and enforcing performance management systems
- Collection and Maintenance of employee records
- Case management
- Workers compensation
- Industrial Relations
- Liaison with internal department managers

**About you;**
- Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or similar
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Comprehensive knowledge of generalist HR activities
- Extensive experience in complex workplace investigations & advising on performance management
- Exceptional communication skills and a love for stakeholder engagement

Whilst we prefer that you've already got experience in the Resources Industry, if you don't but can demonstrate a solid HR Advisor background in a large, complex organisation of at least 3 years or more, you will be considered.
