**Join us as our new Human Resources Graduate**

We are looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join our Human Resources Team in a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.

This position offers a graduate the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Human Resources Team and develop their capabilities across recruitment, selection, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and human resource records and data. Day-to-day, the Human Resources Graduate will be supporting the Human Resources team with responding to employment queries, employee lifecycle events, continuous improvement projects and HR assistance as required.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
