**About The Role**

A 6-month fixed-term opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join our centralised Shared Services team. This is a diverse HR role where you will leverage your generalist experience to collaborate with people leaders and employees, driving positive change and supporting growth and development.

Day to day, you will engage across the entire HR lifecycle, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to people leaders and employees, ensuring outcomes align with Kinetic IT’s values and employment obligations. You’ll also be the first point of contact for general HR queries, delivering consistent and timely support to leaders and crew.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with people managers to advise and coach on HR related matters to develop a solution based and proactive culture.
- Collaboration with our leaders to optimise efficiency and consistency across accounts.
- Case management of employee relations and fitness for work cases.
- HR reporting, including compliance reports, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Sound understanding of current Australian industrial legislation including Awards interpretation.
- Mentor and support HR Coordinators in handling day-to-day HR queries, helping build their capability.
- Partner with the people and community teams for effective solutions into the business, ensuring a consistent and value adding people experience.

- HR/ER advisory with hands on case management experience
- Solid understanding of Fair Work, Awards, and ER/IR practices
- Ability to turn HR policies into practical, people focused solutions
- Trusted advisor who handles sensitive matters with care and professionalism
- Confident communicator with an ability to coach others and produce clear documentation
- Relationship builder with the ability to connect with stakeholders across all levels
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms and case management tools
