The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for setting up the Human Resource department, leading the development and implementation of Human Resource strategies, and ensuring they align with business objectives and support our culturally diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Human Resource Management: Establish and lead the Human Resource department, developing and managing Human Resource strategies and policies to meet business goals and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts and design onboarding programs to effectively integrate new employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Performance Management: Implement systems to evaluate and enhance individual and team performance, aligning with company objectives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identify and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and manage safety programs.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies and monitor employment costs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to improve engagement, particularly within our multicultural workforce, and reduce turnover.

Other requirements:

- Strong understanding of multicultural workforce management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Human Resource initiatives, establish an Human Resource department, and foster an inclusive workplace.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources management: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
