You’ll be part of a well-established and friendly Head Office team that fields a wide variety of enquiries - from families in crisis to people seeking disability supports, aged care, mental health services and more. We’re a trusted name in community services, and the work we do matters.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Pennant Hills office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Due to nature of this role, no working from home options are available.

**What you’ll do**:
You’ll be one of two full-time representatives in our small but busy enquiry support team, responding to a high volume of incoming calls with care and clarity.

Your role will include:

- Answering and managing calls through our CatholicCare Support Hotline.
- Offering a calm, empathetic and helpful response to a broad range of enquiries.
- Triaging and directing callers to the right service area.
- Accurately recording details and managing follow-ups via Salesforce CRM.
- Sending out resources, forms and information as needed.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a busy or complex environment (community services sector preferable, but not essential).
- A calm and confident phone manner, with excellent listening and communication skills.
- The ability to support people from all walks of life, including those in distress.
- Strong admin and tech skills - you’re comfortable navigating systems while talking.
- Adaptable, detail-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Reliable and consistent - you understand how important it is to show up and support your team every day.
