**Junior Receptionist**

**About Us**

Denton Clinical Psychology is a private practice committed to providing high quality, evidence-based and compassionate therapy to our clients. We are seeking a friendly, efficient and reliable receptionist to join our team. This position would be on a casual basis and primarily for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons and evenings, though these shifts can be flexible too.

Training and support will be provided. This position will report to the practice manager and the director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Scheduling and rescheduling client appointments and maintaining an up-to-date online diary
- Taking payments from clients and submitting Medicare claims via online claiming
- Other administrative duties
- Keeping all client details strictly confidential

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A friendly, pleasant, and professional manner
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work within a confidential environment and to preserve confidentiality at all times
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility with hours
