**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 month contract paying up to $38.40 p/h + super. This role is located in Pennant Hills.

**About the Role**

The Administrative Assistant /Customer Service Officer provides support services to administrative staff and other team members to enable the efficient operation of the team/unit.

**Key responsibilities & duties**
- Provide administrative services including filing, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, routine purchasing, meeting and event support, photocopying, and creating and compiling documents
- Respond to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information
- Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Working front counter/reception
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Answering phone calls, redirecting phone calls to appropriate people

**About You**
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fantastic face to face and telephone customer service skills
- Able to pass a police check, WWCC, Child Story Check and community services check
- Able to work Monday - Friday, full time in the Pennant hills office
