You will be someone who is approachable, positive, and enjoys providing a high level of customer service. You must have a high level of ownerships of your assigned tasks, ensuring a successful resolution and fantastic customer experience.

With a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting end use devices in a face-to-face environment, you will have exceptional communicate skills and a level of proactivity to get to the root cause of complex issues.

**What skills do you need?**
- Advanced Windows 10 and 11 Enterprise troubleshooting
- Hardware builds with Autopilot/Intune
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Azure, M365 Apps
- Maintain and support onsite desktop hardware inventory.
- In-depth understanding of Service Management including change, incident, and problem management
- Scripting skills with Windows PowerShell
