Job Description

Senior Desktop Support Officer – Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated technical leader to spearhead our ICT Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Desktop Support Officers to ensure high-quality technical support and service delivery across multiple sites.
  • Provide Level 2 ICT support for hardware, software, video conferencing, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage ICT equipment provisioning and asset register accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 teams and external vendors for escalations and upgrades.
  • Monitor team resources and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain ICT knowledge base documentation.
