Cettire is an ASX-listed global luxury fashion and accessories platform. We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are looking to build our world class team. We are looking for a full-time hands on Management Accountant to join us on this journey

Role & Responsibilities

In your new role, you will report into the CFO and be responsible for the following:

  • Drive and manage month end process and preparation of management accounts, annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare group consolidation and elimination journals
  • Present accurate and timely financial information including insightful analysis/commentary
  • Lead half year review and annual financial audit with the external auditor
  • For ASX disclosure, provide financial analysis and insights, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning
  • Develop and optimize financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Liaise with external accountant and tax advisor on global taxation requirements as needed (e.g. ITR, FBT, BAS, global indirect taxes)
  • Support the team duties of managing payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payable as required
  • Identify, support and lead process improvement initiatives
  • General support on all financial matters as required such as managing working capital, including cashflow forecasting, forecasting of FX requirements

Qualification:

  • CA/CPA qualification with a tertiary accounting qualification
  • Total 8+ years' experience (including 5+ years' in a commercial environment or an auditor in a Big 4 accounting firm)
  • Significant financial control experience in the Retail/FMCG/eComm
  • Experience in ASX listed environment is highly preferred
  • Experience in fast pace start-up environment is a big Plus
  • History of process improvement and desire to improve operations
