**About the role - 6 month Day Rate Contract (potential to extend)**

The Field Lead is responsible for the day-to-day administration of activities undertaken by Customer Assets Partners in the field. You will work with a variety of technical field partners (including Solar Installers) by measuring and reporting adherence to contract service level agreements, optimising activity and delivery of new products. Responsibilities include:

- Safely and efficiently coordinate field service and installation capability (end-to-end) ensuring customer experience is best in class
- Manage field vendors & field remediation work
- Conduct appropriate reporting and analysis to ensure CA are using partners to deliver cost effective solutions
- Champion the adoption, use, maintenance and ongoing improvement of CA systems impacting the field chapter and CA’s field partners
- Ensuring admin work & CRM is kept up to date

**About You**:
This role sits within an exciting team at EnergyAustralia, on the forefront of the green energy transition. You will have some technical understanding, potentially someone who started off in the Engineering field. This role will require some of the following:

- Technical Degree or similar relevant work experience
- 5 years experience in coordinating outsourced operations/vendor management
- 5 years experience in complex operations environment
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience in the energy sector preferred
- Solar Experience preferred
