Operations Lead

**Exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations specialist, to develop their skills and lead a team in a fast paced and supportive environment.**

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
As the Operations Lead you will drive the delivery of Life & Super and Select Income Fund registry services within the Wealth and Capital Markets (W&CM) Platform. You will be responsible for the daily oversight of registry processing and partnering with management to ensure exceptional outcomes are delivered to Wealth & Capital Markets customers whilst also driving continuous improvement and re-engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Lead the delivery of operational services to drive execution against targets and objectives and ensure that SLAs/KPIs are achieved
- Manage and resolve issues and incidents impacting customers and prioritise timely resolution and minimise disruptions
- Maintain accurate resource planning and forecasting capabilities for the team
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and drive continuous improvement to uplift the customer experience
- Maintain key metrics to ensure transparency and track progress
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Design, develop and review procedures and implement changes as needed

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced Operations management role, ideally no less than 5 years
- Management experience in leading a medium sized team with the ability to coach, ensuring a high quality of performance in daily operations and regulatory reporting
- Experience in the planning and optimisation of back-office processing functions
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and ability in maintaining good internal and external relationships
- Solid understanding of the finance industry
- Ability to adpat quickly and effectively to new and challenging environments
- Previous complaint and incident management experience with the ability to prioritise timely resolutions and minimise disruptions
- Demonstrated experience in capability uplift management through the design and use of skills matrix’s
- Ability to problem solve and identify areas of continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge and understanding of workflow tools and operational excellence
- Knowledge of AML/KYC and FATCA requirements is desirable
