We are looking for a hands-on eCommerce Operations Lead who can overview Reebelo's APAC operations including seller experience, customer interactions and logistics. You will be reporting directly to our company's COO and work together with a highly motivated team based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

**Your typical day may include**:

- Oversee, lead and expand our APAC Operations (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore markets and working closely with our Malaysia based CS team)
- Within the APAC region lead and grow the existing operations team to the next level and play a key role in shaping customer service team and processes
- Implement state of the art logistics / delivery / returns management processes in alignment with global strategy
- Own all logistics related issues and directly resolve these between customers, vendors and last mile providers
- Ensure delivery in full and on time through strict process adherence and management of vendors
- Enable precision end to end tracking for our customers
- Assess, onboard and manage a network of last mile partners in alignment with the strategy to become the primary last mile partner for all of our vendors
- Onboard and manage vendors on Ops / Quality / Processes related topics in conjunction with the Vendor/BD management team.
- Implement value adding services for our vendors & potential revenue channels for Reebelo
- Conduct quarterly business reviews of operations performance with Vendors and Last Mile providers
- Continuously develop and implement analysis to monitor and manage operations
- Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and up to date
- Contribute to the platform product development through creation of new feature specifications, testing and validating new platform features

**We’d love to have a chat with you if you have**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce operations roles or equivalent in the APAC market
- Based in Australia, business fluent in English. Melbourne highly preferred as this is where our APAC office is based.
- Bachelors degree in business or equivalent education
- Previous startup or e-commerce marketplace experience a big plus
- A solid team-player who can grow & motivate a team
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- A strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
