**About the opportunity**

As the **Operations Lead** at the Tullamarine Parcel Facility, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations team, driving excellence in processing and delivery. This dynamic team is dedicated to optimising our network efficiency and ensuring we meet the needs of our customers like never before.

**What you’ll deliver with us**

In this role, you will support the Operations Manager in leading the team through day and night operations, ensuring service standards and performance objectives are consistently met. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team of 12 direct reports and up to 300 indirect reports during peak periods, guiding them toward success.

**You’ll also**:

- Oversee staff allocation and equipment availability to maintain operational flow.
- Drive change initiatives and foster a culture of safety and customer focus.
- Engage with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Work Monday - Friday (2:30pm -10:30pm)
