**About the role**

As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the success of the Digital and Data function by providing insights into its operations and overseeing Key Performance Indicators to ensure performance governance. You will focus on analysing business performance and providing actionable recommendations to enhance adequate performance. As a digital business does not involve physical procurement or supply chain management, the Performance Manager primarily focuses on digital aspects of the business.

You will have focus on:
**1. Business Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyse key business metrics to evaluate performance against pre-established KPIs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights.

**2. Financial Analysis**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making.

**3. Insights and Reporting**:

- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide a holistic view of the digital business's performance, using Bupa established analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer experience.

**4. Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work with IT teams to leverage technology and analytics tools to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business intelligence capabilities.

**5. Industry Research and Benchmarking**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital technologies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Benchmark the digital business's performance against industry standards and best practices, making recommendations for improvement.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, web analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically to drive business growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of digital business models, online marketplaces, and e-commerce trends.
- Familiarity with labor cost management and vendor relationship management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Business and IT Delivery Teams to deliver effective and cost efficient technology based solutions.
