We are seeking a Digital Performance Manager with exceptional digital skills to join our clients growing team. As the Digital Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve performance across various digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement digital marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure campaign goals are met and skills are developed.
- Create and manage all conversions, tags & triggers through Google Tag Manager and individual platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, ideally agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting experience across websites and app platforms. GA, GTM, GDS, Firebase & Appsflyer
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
