**The Brand |**

A global womenswear fashion brand is looking for a newly created, Performance Marketing role to join a established, high performing team, based in Abbotsford. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager who has worked in the Fashion sector. An innovative digital expert who can drive the e-commerce marketing and be ahead of the trends.

**The Role |**

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the for delivering the Performance Marketing strategy across all brands strategy, goal setting, planning, execution, and measurement in line with overarching business goals and objectives.
- Sound experience in Performance paid digital media channels (SEM, Display, Social, Affiliate, Programmatic)
- Google, Meta and TikTok platforms, hands on and profound knowledge of these platforms.
- SEO & CRM integration and demonstrable experience to test & learn (creative, channels, partners, funnels).
- End to end campaign management across all brands and channels including optimisation of existing channel performance, implementation of new channels and regular reporting/post campaign analysis.

**The Skillset |**
- 4+ years' experience performance marketing experience in retail, media agency and/or pure play DTC environments, managing multi-channel digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
- Experience in leading the implementation of successful integrated Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in all Performance marketing technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Media, Technology or similar
- Pureplay or online marketplace experience.
- Demonstrable Performance, Programmatic and Paid Social campaign management.
- Excellent technical knowledge of digital technologies and reporting platforms
- Ability to manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives.
