**Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**

As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with members of our Long-Term Management (LTM) team and the broader business to support the achievement of sustainable business outcomes across our Back at Work related performance measure within our Workers Compensation team. This will be achieved through conducting thorough and in-depth reviews of various business areas and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. You will play a key role in promoting best practice claims management and supporting initiatives across our VIC Workers Compensation team.

**You will be successful in your role and add value to Gallagher Bassett through**:

- Supporting the achievement of sustainable business outcomes across our Back at Work measures
- Conducting thorough and in-depth reviews of various business areas and provide recommendations
- Promoting best practice claims management
- Supporting continuous improvement with VIC Workers Compensation
- Mentoring, training and coaching team members
- Analysing trends and putting forward recommendations to resolve issues; ensuring strategies are implemented and the desired outcomes are achieved
- ngaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate strategy, business plans and initiatives

Qualifications:
**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Very comprehensive knowledge of the workers' compensation industry, business requirements and administrative practices and requirements
- Claims Management experience in a leadership capacity Outstanding leadership skills
- Coaching and mentoring experience Time management and organisation skills
- Tertiary qualifications within the disciplines of business or personal injury (or similar)
