**The Client**:
Our client for this position is a major Financial Services organisation, they are currently looking for a Performance Test Manager to join the organisation on a 12-month initial contract with potential for future extensions.

**The Role**:
The PT Test Manager will be part of a specialist team/community working across all disciplines (Test Automation, Service Virtualisation and Quality Analytics), to provide thought leadership, to deliver and execute industry best practice. Expectation is that the delivery of such practises will result in a service that is performant, resilient, efficient and aligns precisely with business non-functional expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver POCs through to implementation for automation test tooling and advanced practices.
- Participate in effort estimates and actuals to deliver PT stories / features.
- Drive an Automation led approach for system, SIT and unit testing across NAB, and contribute to platform and integration performance tests.
- Provide insights to quality metrics including trend analysis of discrepancies and defects.
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures.
- Innovate and embed PT Quality Engineering practices.
- Promote shared goals of creating high quality software.
- Drive Agile practices.
- Work with the teams identifying opportunities to deliver PT Quality Engineering.
- Create and review solution documentation.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- Thought Leadership in Performance Engineering - PT automation & service virtualization/stubbing.
- Experience in providing technology client service - PT and resilience testing.
- Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem-solve and trouble-shoot.
- Knowledge & experience with Build languages.
- 8+ years In performance engineering practices & experience.
- Experience coaching integrated teams including developers to ensure systems are designed for testability.
- Experience in strategic development and implementation of early PT Engineering solutions (Automation Frameworks, Performance Validation).
- Proven thought leader & trusted advisor.
- Technical acumen in technologies associated with complex and deeply integrated systems eg: e2e domain, business logic and technology (framework/service architecture).
- Expertise with CI/CD, and continuous testing.
- Expertise in Performance Quality Engineering.
- Monitoring tools, analytical and results dashboarding,
