Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne and support our expanding team across Australia. This pivotal role is essential to the efficient day-to-day functioning of our business and will provide key administrative support to our team of valuation specialists.
We are a relatively small team of professionals delivering valuation services to a broad range of clients across both public and private sectors. With offices in Victoria, South Australia, and New South Wales, and plans for further expansion.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with the preparation of quotes and client proposals
- Format and finalise valuation reports
- Managing the file list, including preparing weekly status reports
- Data entry using Xero accounting software
- Coordinate travel bookings
- Support marketing initiatives as needed
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality; and
- A friendly and professional demeanour when dealing with clients and colleagues
**JOB TYPE: Full Time**
**Salary**: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
