About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join the team at GJ Drivelines' in our Keysborough, Victoria office. As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations and ensuring the efficient running of our office. This full-time role is integral to the success of our family business and provides a great opportunity for a skilled professional to make their mark.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions, including reception, filing, data entry, and general office duties
- Provide executive-level support to the leadership team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to streamline operations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, providing training and support as needed
- Ensure all office equipment, supplies, and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in an administration or office management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of administrative staff
