As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales process for our Mobility Products business. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the
effective administration of proposals and sales orders including technical, sales administration or e
- commerce.
You will be:
- Supporting the sales team in the day-to-day management of accounts, including creating quotes and sales orders.
- Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customer.
- Managing the sales data in our CRM system and ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive order intake growth.
- Participating in customer meetings and presentations as needed.
- Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures.
- Propose improvements in procedures and implements technical infrastructure.
- Report accurately and timely to accountable management.

- A leader mindset with a team-player attitude and an aptitude for learning from others, putting ego aside.
- You have hands on experience using SAP Order Management tool including order entry, delivery and invoices management.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, production and warehouse environment
