Sales Support Carrum Downs – Drop off kids 7.45am, grab coffee and a apple cinnamon or Blueberry muffin, Office 9am, earn a great income enhanced by $$ incentives, go home 5pm & pick up kids on the way.

Your time in the office - In short you provide support to the Melbourne sales team of 2 people and take the overflow of leads and provide simple quotes for individual building products that the enquirer has requested. Easy Peezy.  

Salary structure and perks - $80,000 base salary plus super and a financial incentive structure where you earn financial incentives on the overflow of sales made from the enquiries that you take.

Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only

Location – Carrum Downs free all-day parking on the premises for all.

In this position you are an integral part of the Internal Sales team -

The Position description – this is not anywhere near as complex or time consuming as it sounds, most of these steps take a minute or two and you are following a process on system set with reminders.

Follow a basic routine Using automated reminders and scheduled tasks in SimPRO (we train you on this system) and other sales tools to review the day's pipeline, due dates, and follow-up reminders for all your daily duties:

1. Review daily goals and priorities, including scheduled calls, follow-ups, or meetings. Prioritize hot leads (quotes sent within the last 72 hours) before new inquiries.
2. No lead remains uncontacted for more than 48 hours, Check emails and messages for overnight customer inquiries or team updates
3. Follow-up 5 basic quotes before midday.
4. Attempt to Respond to new enquiries within 2 hours - Prioritize high-value opportunities Qualify leads using our basic internal criteria (cost, timeline, design intent, and location).
5. Update lead statuses during the call, type as you speak.
6. Initiate contact with new leads via phone first, followed by email if unanswered. Aim to understand needs, assess fit, and establish next steps.
7. Due to the extensive training that we provide you, you will be capable of Handling incoming sales inquiries with detailed product advice, pricing information, and professional follow-up to support the decision-making process.
8. Follow up yesterday's quotes.
9. Take deposits
10. Process confirmed orders.
11. Record all sales for the Melbourne Team.
12. Placing orders for Melbourne jobs.
13. Organize site measures, ensuring clients are scheduled promptly and all necessary documentation is completed.
14. Check, record, and receipt all payments received for the Melbourne account.
15. Ensure all related paperwork, receipts, and confirmations are correctly uploaded to SimPRO and shared with the relevant teams.
16. Liaise with technicians/installers to confirm site conditions and ensure specifications are clear before manufacturing.
17. Work closely with the account management team to guarantee smooth handovers and ongoing client satisfaction.
18. Attend sales meetings, sharing insights on pipeline health, conversion trends, and obstacles to closure.
19. Submit weekly reports summarizing quotes issued, deposits received, lost reasons, and Melbourne-specific updates.
20. Engage in active relationship-building with repeat clients through updates.
21. Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen negotiation, communication, and technical knowledge.
22. Ensure leads are not missed, follow-up each day.
