**Job Description: Face-to-Face Fundraiser** (Independent Contractor)

We’re seeking vibrant, purpose-driven individuals to join our fundraising team. If you love connecting with people and believe in making a difference, this is your chance to shine.

- Spark engaging conversations with the public to share our charity partners’ stories.
- Build trust and inspire long-term support with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Represent Blackboat and our partners with professionalism and heart.
- Adhere to fundraising regulations and our high ethical standards.
- Bring positive energy to our fun, collaborative team vibe.

**Requirements**:

- Stellar communication skills in English.
- A genuine passion for creating social good.
- Self-driven, reliable, and excited to learn and grow.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Fundraising or sales experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll train you
