**The Opportunity**
Nambour Selangor Private Hospital are seeking a Quality and Risk Manager to support and foster a culture within the hospital that embraces Quality and strives to continually improve patient and business outcomes. This role works closely with all committees, department managers and staff to implement the organisational quality and risk management plans, while also forming an integral part of the senior management team that works closely with the Director of Clinical Services and Chief Executive Officer.
**About you**
- Ability to lead the quality process and work with mínimal direction;
- Demonstrated ability to develop good multidisciplinary relationships & progress change management initiatives;
- Experience in incident management & investigation;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive reports such as business analysis and strategic direction documents;
- Experience in risk assessment and development of risk reduction strategies;
- Experience in the development and implantation of policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of the concepts, principles and practice of Clinical Governance
- Excellent work ethic, time management skills & the ability to work independently;

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:
- Must be up-to-date in their **vaccination against COVID-19 (including the third dose, as required)** using a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation.
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
