Are you passionate about quality, safety, and culturally inclusive care? Here's your opportunity to take the lead in shaping quality and risk frameworks across aged care and community health services that support Queensland's diverse communities.
A long-standing, respected provider of community and residential aged care is seeking a skilled Quality & Risk Manager to champion compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice care. With nearly five decades of service to culturally and linguistically diverse communities, this organisation is entering an exciting new phase of growth-and your leadership could be a key part of it.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage quality and risk management frameworks across residential and community programs
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and other regulatory requirements
- Lead incident investigations, complaints management, and clinical governance processes
- Oversee mandatory training for care and support teams
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and accountability
About You
- Registered Nurse with experience in both residential and community aged care settings
- In-depth knowledge of accreditation standards, auditing processes, and risk governance
- Proven leadership in quality and compliance roles
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to delivering culturally responsive, person-centred care
