**The Roles**
The Quality Assurance and Risk Management Branch is seeking dynamic people who will contribute to a variety of projects, while working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, which may include, working on projects with strict timelines, contributing to drafting documents and processes, assisting in the development of assurance planning activities, supporting and undertaking audit activities, assisting with risk management and the development of risk management activities, and supporting program areas.

**Compliance Investigator**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate administrative investigation activities in relation to privacy and general contract non
- compliance by employment services providers Work closely with senior state network staff for engagement with employment services providers and investigation of non
-compliance matters
- Undertake non-compliance case analysis and determine recommendations about breaches of contract requirements, including rectification and remedial actions Prepare high quality written correspondence and advice regarding non
-compliance matters, including case minutes for the department's executives
- Support administrative and reporting processes associated with the management of non-compliance cases.

**Project Officer**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include:

- Ability to quickly get across Deed and Guideline requirements
- Accurate assessment and recording of data
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high quality work in tight timeframes
- Has accountability for completion of allocated tasks, being able to self-start, organise and review own work
- Liaising with and between internal stakeholders
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff.

**Risk Management Officer**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the management and oversight of employment services risk events, including providing advice/liaising with key internal and external stakeholders on various issues, maintaining system records and reporting tools and preparing reports
- Working closely with State Network Delivery Officers to investigate integrity issues in respect of provider staff, including assessing risks, drafting Employment Services Risk Alerts and warning letters
- Review, advise and report to senior executive and committees on the status of employment service provider and employment program risk plans and risk treatments
- Undertaking secretariat functions for the Employment Services Risk Oversight Monitoring (ESROM) committee reviewing ongoing investigations and Employment Services Risk Alerts.
