**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a number of new team members to join the Operations team based in Brisbane. The Operation business unit is responsible for the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.
As a **Risk & Quality Analyst,** you will be responsible for reporting, monitoring, and resolution support for Operations owned incidents. This role will provide oversight and insight across Operations incidents, identifying underlying issues and trends that need to be addressed, and driving appropriate actions.
These roles are available as a **permanent** opportunities.
We are flexible with location provide you can attend our **Brisbane** office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Extensive experience in the superannuation industry and understanding of business operational processes.
- Experience working in technical, risk, change areas or an analytical role in a variety of complex situations.
- Understanding of end-to-end process design.
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Highly developed analytical and organisational mindset together with effectiveness in building and implementing new processes and procedures as required.
- Demonstrated skill or the ability to acquire the skill in analytical tools and techniques, including modelling of data, systems, people and processes.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities including leading the work of other business resources directly or indirectly as required.
