**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Team Leader, Risk & Quality to join the Operations team based in Brisbane.
This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.
We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our **Brisbane** office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- A genuine passion for and interest in business improvement, compliance, internal control, and risk management.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities including leading the work of other business resources directly or indirectly as required.
- Proven ability to motivate staff, support and promote change and foster a positive, satisfying work environment.
- Ability to identify, assess and escalate risks according to the Risk Management framework.
- Ability to discuss and promote risk management and compliance activities and responsibilities with Heads of, Managers, peer leaders and front-line staff.
- Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to contribute to strategic visioning and planning.
- Demonstrated high level ability to drive the identification and analysis of complex problems and develop and implement appropriate solutions, strategies, and plans.
