Trade Marketing Coordinator Bws

**About the Role**
As the Trade Marketing Coordinator for BWS you will support the Marketing team in bringing the brand and customer plan to life through generating customer first brand strategies that drive brand advocacy, momentum, sales and gross profit.

You’ll also:

- Support the delivery of the BWS marketing strategy and plan, contributing to annual brand planning and assisting in execution of the content strategy for the Trade pillar.
- Champion the brand strategy with our teams and stores.
- Support ATL and BTL campaigns and activations including creative development and media planning.
- Contribute to the campaign management process by assisting in producing briefs, working with agency partners, meeting minutes and managing project timelines & budgets.
- Collaborate with the Brand content and internal digital teams to amplify campaign communications, maintaining brand presence and consistency.
- Contribute to the creation of supplier packs and activations.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external (agency partners).
- Manage and track budgets effectively and assist in procuring marketing reports and tracking of key campaign insights and activity.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will also need:

- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation & communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks whilst working to agreed time frames.
- Able to successfully work and contribute to a team environment.
