**About the Opportunity**
The Personalisation Content coordinators are roles in the team building, scaling and running our personalisation decision engine. One of the key components of the engine is an action catalogue which is used to personalise the right contact for each customer in the Dan Murphys base. The roles are responsible for action building and management of day to day executional tasks relating to the action catalogue.
The role is embedded in the personalisation engine squad from a day to day work perspective and has a hands-on role in the squad creating actions for customers based on data and insights to create the best possible set of actions for our customers.
The role will also be part of the 121 marketing chapter, reporting to the Marketing Manager - Lifecycle Marketing. As a member of the chapter the roles will share best practice within the chapter and contribute towards building a strong chapter culture.
Your role includes:
- Creation of foundational actions - including QA of actions.
- Working within the squad on creation of recipes and sophisticated actions - including QA of actions.
- Implement learnings from data & insights dashboards to establish stream of new actions.
- Goal setting for number & types of actions to be completed.
- Proactively reviews roadmap; develops prioritised monthly/sprint view of actions.
- Understanding of analysis of performance and effectiveness of actions to drive new actions.
- Documentation for creation of actions and documentation of processes followed.
- Briefing & planning of image assets to the creative team.
- Liasing with the copywriters to brief copy changes required for the actions produced.
- Key contact for marketing & merch team to liaise and create new actions.
- Support key business priorities via creation of BAU actions in the action catalogue - including QA of actions.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be a strong influencer with impeccable time management skills. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:
- Collaborative and empathetic, with a strong ability to work within the squad to identify needs and balance their individual delivery to meet those needs.
- Deliver to high standards, drive innovation and create value autonomously, while living our culture and values.
- Experience working with innovative retail marketing teams, ideally within an agile organisation or with agile technology teams.
- Ability to work with analytics teams to translate insights in to improved marketing actions and customer outcomes.
