**As the Marketing Manager - CRM, you will**
Be responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, from concept to execution. The role requires both operational excellence in delivery as well as a strategic vision. You will be working across the day to day of the business execution while improving our owned channel strategy.
In addition to:

- Develop, refine and drive the roadmap, strategy and guide delivery of the CRM program aligned to business goals through customer insight, segmentation, analytics and purchase behaviour.
- Seek ways to improve the customer journey and lead enhancement projects where necessary, with increasing emphasis on digital experience.
- Ensure creative and customer communications are clear, engaging, and always improving.
- Be the owner of CRM metrics - open rate, CTR, database health, purchase frequency, transaction value, first/second/multiple purchase behaviour, product purchase (pre and post) insight.
- Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritised testing and optimization.
- Creative evaluation and feedback, offer set up, campaign building, rigorous QA testing before live launch, customer service briefing, and results analysis.
- Continuously test and optimise lifecycle CRM campaigns, to derive insights into customer segment behaviour and maximise engagement and conversion in line with BWS strategic outcomes
- Develop innovative dynamic content, lifecycle trigger programs, and campaigns across different direct comms channels
- Work closely with Woolworths Everyday Rewards to maximise our loyalty partnership and the overall customer experience

**About you**
To be a successful Marketing Manager - CRM, in addition to proven experience in digital marketing, you will also be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. You have the ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines and have strong commercial acumen. With your strong leadership qualities, and ability to guide your team towards achieving ensure that the CRM strategy is constantly evolving and improving.
In addition to:

- Marketing experience - ideally in CRM/ Lifecycle space
- CRM and automation marketing experience - preferably utilizing Responsys
- HTML experience is desirable
- Deep knowledge and understanding of owned channel comms strategies
- Understanding of ever evolving Martech landscape and how best to orchestrate campaigns across channels
- Extensive experience in running A/B and multivariate testing
- Can motivate and build capabilities in a team.
- A keen eye for creative details and attention to detail
