**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Coordinator to join our Transformation Team for the Commerce and OMS Business Transformation Programs for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As a Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to support the successful execution of these transformative initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and digital transformation of our group.

**As the Program Coordinator, your responsibilities would be**:

- Coordinate and facilitate program activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, workshops and documenting meeting minutes and actions.
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads to track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare regular status reports and project updates for the Project Working Groups, Transformation Office, and Steering Committees.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts by assisting in organising communication activities and facilitating effective information flow.
- Liaise with the Project, Business, Change, Communications and Training teams to facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer.
- Assist in change management initiatives, communication plans, and training programs led by the Change Management team.
- Work closely with the Program Manager and Solution Manager to ensure alignment program objectives, benefits and priorities.
- Support the Program Manager in vendor management, overseeing the System Integrator responsible for implementing new platforms and services.
- Embrace and promote the use of Agile delivery framework, supporting Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles, or other frameworks.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, identifying areas for optimisation, and proposing process enhancements

**Requirements**:

- Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of change management principles is a plus
