We're currently looking for a Warranty and Aftersales Representative to join our Customer Solutions Division. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals in existing customer service roles or fitters and mechanics seeking a transition away from the tools and into a customer-focused role. **Role Overview**:
Your role as a Warranty and Aftersales Representative is pivotal in maintaining the bridge between after-sales service and customer satisfaction. You'll be:

- Managing warranty claims and providing technical support.
- Performing administrative tasks and order processing.
- Assisting with vehicle fittings administration.
- Proactively following up with customers to resolve queries.
- Assisting with technical information on our products and how to fit them
- Assisting with other departments including Sales, Warehouse and Product Fittings
- Other administrative tasks within the business.

This is a part-time role (pro rata), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

**About You**:
We're looking for someone with:

- A vibrant personality and excellent customer engagement skills.
- A commitment to solution-oriented service and quality.
- Experience in aftersales (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Experience with CRM Platforms; Salesforce, Odoo, Dynamics 365 (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strategic customer service approach with problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness for long-term growth and a passion for cars and 4x4s.
- Valid driver's license.
- A forklift licence isn’t essential, but it’s a great bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 34 per week
