Job Description

**About the Role**
Join our National Warranty Team at CEA, where you'll play a key role in supporting our extensive product range, CEA branches, and dealer network across Australia. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support to the National Warranty Team
- Process dealer credits and warranty claim invoices
- Manage extended warranty claims and machine registrations
- Liaise with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) regarding warranty issues
- Finalise completed job records accurately and efficiently
- Ensure systems and databases are consistently updated and maintained

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety (OHS) principles
- Experience in warranty processing or a service department is highly regarded but not essential
