We're currently looking for a Warranty and Aftersales Representative to join our Customer Solutions Division. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals in existing customer service roles or fitters and mechanics seeking a transition away from the tools and into a customer-focused role. Role Overview:

Your role as a Warranty and Aftersales Representative is pivotal in maintaining the bridge between after-sales service and customer satisfaction. You'll be:

  • Managing warranty claims and providing technical support.
  • Performing administrative tasks and order processing.
  • Assisting with vehicle fittings administration.
  • Proactively following up with customers to resolve queries.
  • Assisting with technical information on our products and how to fit them
  • Assisting with other departments including Sales, Warehouse and Product Fittings
  • Other administrative tasks within the business.

This is a part-time role (pro rata), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  • A vibrant personality and excellent customer engagement skills.
  • A commitment to solution-oriented service and quality.
  • Experience in aftersales (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM Platforms; Salesforce, Odoo, Dynamics 365 (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strategic customer service approach with problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness for long-term growth and a passion for cars and 4x4s.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A forklift licence isn't essential, but it's a great bonus
