**Your new role**

We have a role that is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, a role that needs a person who is obsessed with making the customer happy. Someone who is driven and can use our processes and systems to ensure product warranty is handled efficiently and effectively for our customers.

This role is working from our office at Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast. As a result of our continued growth we require people with warranty experience and/or aftercare support.

**Some key tasks include**:

- Identify pain points, we want a customer to be dealt with in a fluid and informative way.
- Being a point of contact for customers that have sent in their warranty claims.
- Enter data into spreadsheets for supplier claims and collaborate with procurement and product development on any product issues.
- Providing prompt and courteous service to customers for after-sales enquiries and service requests.
- Analyse warranty data with the aim to reduce warranty costs and improve customer feedback scores

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have exceptional communication skills and more active listening than talking. As you can’t solve a problem if you have not heard it.
- Previous experience in a warranty role would be an added bonus.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of 12V or camping products will be seen as an advantage.
